Welcome, Detectives! It was a fun and cheery spring day, until someone put a dark cloud over the students at Catalpa Elementary. While students were out of the classroom, someone snuck in and raided all the rain gear! POOF! The authorities are stumped and need your help!

Students will complete the seven steps of this resource to identify who is innocent and who is guilty of the crime.
